We usually don't know that there are process on how we can make a complaints againts for hire Motor Vehicle/s using your phone thru Texting. Now we can give our complaints to LTO and hope they will do the rest of the process.
Here's what you can do.
LTO Complaint PUV <Plate No.><space><Your Complaint> and SEND to 2600
example:
LTO Complaint PUV AAA1234 This vehicle is not maintained properly and should not be use for public service
